Why purchase professionally printed greeting cards or invitations?

Professionally printed products are more memorable and have a clean look. We offer a wide variety of designs and allow for plenty of customization and personalization. Our products are made with quality. With all that in mind, the question should be, why not?top


Is it possible to change the color or design on a greeting card/invitation?

The color, design and size of the greeting cards/invitations are only available as shown in the catalog or online. However, you have a choice of color for the verse and personalization on most of our stationery products.top


I would like a photo printed on my greeting cards/invitations. Is this possible?

On most of our greeting cards/invitations, it is possible to print a photo. Black-and-white artwork to size is needed. Please contact customer service at chuck@childersphoto.com for further requirements and pricing information. top


I would like to have artwork added to my greeting cards/invitations. Is this possible?

Do I have to choose one of your verses for my greeting cards/invitations?

Our verse choices are provided as a guide. You may use one of them or create a custom verse with your choice of typestyle and color for most of our greeting cards/invitations.top


Can my greeting cards/invitations be printed in a language other than English?

We have several verse options available in Spanish. You can also create a custom verse in a foreign language if it uses the English alphabet. You may submit artwork for languages that do not use the English alphabet. top

How can I receive samples of the greeting cards/invitations that I am interested in?

You can e-mail us your request for samples at chuck@childersphoto.com. Please limit your selection of FREE samples to four. Also, while browsing our products, you could select the "Request a Sample" link next to the product image. For more infomation visit the link called "Samples" in the navigation bar at the top of this page.top


How do I request a sample of my wording on the greeting card/invitation of my choice?

You can preview any greeting card/invitation with your choice of wording and ink color online. No need to request a proof; we've made it easy for you. However, for a $15.00 charge, a proof can be requested. You will receive a black-and-white photocopy proof of your card. This is a good way for you to make sure that all the information is correct and fits properly on the greeting card/invitation you have selected before the order is printed. top



ORDERING

How many invitations should I order?

With all the planning you're doing, it is very possible that you'll overlook important guests whom you haven't included on your list. Avoid last minute hassle by ordering at least 25 extra invitations. It is more expensive to reorder 25 invitations than to include 25 extra in your original order. top


How many greeting cards should I order?

Greeting cards are a great way to keep in touch. Order for relatives, friends, and coworkers. Be sure to order enough; it is more expensive to reorder 25 greeting cards than to include 25 extra in your original order. top


Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

Once an order has been submitted over the Internet, mailed or faxed, we cannot guarantee that changes will be made. It is very important that you proofread and double-check your order before you submit it to us for processing. top

How long does it take to process my order?

Once we receive your order, allow 3 working days for personalization plus ground service standard delivery time. More time may be required should there be questions about your order.top



SHIPPING

How do you ship orders?

Our normal shipping method is ground. However, you may request 2nd day or overnight shipping. Orders sent to P.O., A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes will be sent by U.S. Postal Service. Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S.Virgin Islands will be sent by U.S. Postal Service. UPS air shipments are advisable if you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. top


Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

At this time, we ship orders in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. top
